A great machine to start out. The Floss Boss is the most dependable Cotton Candy
machine in the industry. Solid state heat control, high capacity spinner head
and cool running operation makes it easy. It is recommended that this and all
other floss machines be operated with some type of floss bubble to protect from
flying sugar crystals in case someone overloads the spinner head. Draws about 11
Amps, 1320 Watts on 120 Volts. Shipping weight 37 lbs. in two cartons.
#3017 Econo Floss

This heavy-duty machine has an extra heavy-duty motor, plus solid state,

one with the stainless steel cabinet, spun aluminum bowl and the Whirlgrip Floss
Stabilizer included in the price. All Gold Medal Cotton Candy machines are
equipped with four carbon brushes and contact with the brass slip rings – in a
slightly unbalanced sugar load, this extra hardware helps prevent damage to the

You’ll get maximum double band Cotton Candy production on a continuous basis
from this heavy-duty workhorse! The solid state UL listed heat control on
today’s X-15R will run cooler than the old rheostats – The X-15R uses our
double deck “life time” floss band with two “standard” ribbons. The motor is the
heavy-duty 1/3 HP (not the 1/12th HP used by the competition in their largest
machine). The X-15R is an easy machine to operate – the heavy-duty 16-gauge
stainless steel cabinet is built to last a lifetime. To operate, fill the head,

This versatile Cotton Candy Cart is shown from the customer side. This is
primarily designed for the less expensive, compact cabinet Econo Floss, Mega
Floss, Floss Boss and Floss Maxx. The bubble fits on virtually any floss bowl.
However for a Pinkie cart, the double bubble is probably the safest. Cart body,

Medal Flossugar
Gold Medal Flossugar is made from a special sugar – not too fine, not too
coarse. Colors have been “vividized” so that you get a bright color, but color
concentrations do not exceed the limits set down by Food & Drug Administration’s
GMP Directives. Flossugar is packed in sealed 3 and 1/4 lb. milk cartons.
Open the box and pour into the spinner head–no messy mixing or unsanitary sugar
buckets. Inventory is easy, more accurate. Packed six 1/2 gallon
milk cartons per case - 19.5 net weight lbs. per case all flavors.

professional midway operator who has the time simply adds about one heaping
tablespoon or two of Flossine to every 10 lbs. of regular granulated sugar. Mix
thoroughly and it’s ready to use. Flossine absolutely will not clog up the
ribbon heating elements. Flossine gives your Cotton Candy the proper look – the
proper aroma – and a great taste in every flavor! Mixing yourself with
Flossine will save you a few cents, but Flossugar is much, much easier and more
convenient to use!
