#8075 K-6 Shallow Fryer
This higher capacity shallow fryer will easily do six Funnel Cakes at a time and
keep up with virtually a continuous “pour and cook both sides” from a single
fryer. Drain board is furnished primarily to keep under the counter and
“cover” the fryer at night or in case of an emergency, such as a fire.
6500 Watts and requires 32 Amps, 230 Volt minimum. 27 3/8" W
x 17 1/4" D x 10" H to back of power head. Oil depth
approx. 3" cold to 4" hot. Don't forget the #5103 Lift Off Style 8"

A thin, flimsy paper plate is not the way to serve your Funnel Cakes! We now
have the heavy, molded paper platter with “Funnel Cake” printed border that
looks good and is strong! If you add toppings for extra sales, these are
definitely the only way to go. Use the 8" size for 6" Funnel Cakes, and the 10"
size for 8" Funnel Cakes. Available in 8" and 10" plates in cases of 500.

Off Mold Rings
The Mold Ring is important to good Funnel Cake operations, and the “lift-off”
rings not only give you the best results, but they also make doing Funnel Cakes
easy. You simply fill the mold, cook a bit,
then lift off mold ring and let the Funnel Cake float free. You are then ready
to pour another Funnel Cake. A middle plate for the ring to rest on is included.
This eliminates any batter getting down onto the elements. The lift-off rings
come in three styles. The Standard 6" Mold Ring, the standard 8" Mold Ring, and
Gold Medal’s new Triple Mini Funnel Cake Mold Ring that allows you to do three
small Funnel Cakes with one ring. Also, don’t forget accessories such as the
Skimmer and Wire whisk, both important for doing the job right.

This a two quart pitcher. The total weight is little more than the 5109, plus
