The Sno-King is one of the best ideas to
come to the ice shaving industry in the past quarter century! The Sno-King is
virtually indestructible under use in most adverse circumstances or environment.
The Sno-King incorporates the Deluxe Sno-Konette safety feature - you must have
one hand on the motor switch and the other pulls the pusher handle down to
engage the spinning shaver head. The non-metallic construction will not "sweat"
as much as any other shaver on this page. Easy clean up. Should last a lifetime.
 
#1203 Shav-A-Doo Ice Shaver - UL Listed
This is the least expensive shaver that carries the Underwriters
Laboratory listing. The UL listed model does not have
a light. The compact Shav-A-Doo occupies 20" wide x 14" deep.
This is a little smaller than the Sno-Konette. Neither Shav-A-Doo
model has the “drip pan” included in the price. Sno-Kone machines
are cold - and therefore, a lot of condensation will form on the
windows and cabinet or frame parts and run down. This 18" x 26" aluminum
drain pan is item #1207 and although an option, many professionals feel they
need it to contain the condensation.

Deluxe Sno-Konette Ice Shaver
You asked for it – a moderately priced ice shaver that looks like a piece of
foodservice equipment. The Deluxe Sno-Konette is the answer. You must push
the motor switch in and hold it as you pull down on the pusher handle to force
the ice against the spinning shaver head. More pressure gives coarser snow
– lighter pressure gives finer snow. Colder ice gives finer snow in
this machine. Sno-Konette machines are simple – easy to maintain.
Long-life, heavy-duty stainless steel blades should stay sharp through tons and
tons of ice. Much safer operation! The Deluxe Sno-Konette is the shaver of

Ee-Zee Concentrates
These delicious concentrates are by far the most popular product for making your
own Sno-Kone or soft drink syrups. Convenient pre-measured pouches take
all the guesswork from making syrup. Just open a pouch, add 5 lb. sugar and
enough water to make a gallon – that’s all there is to it Ee-Zee
Concentrates are packed 10 pouches per Junior Carton, and 10 Junior Cartons per
Master Case. A Junior Carton makes 10 gallons of syrup, which flavors about
1,250 Sno-Kones. A Master Case makes 100 gallons of syrup. Ee-Zee
Concentrates may also be used as Slush Flavors. Each pre-measured pouch will
flavor 5 gallons of slush. To make 1/4 oz. flavors – simply open the pouch,
empty into flavor bottle, add water and shake. Makes 16-20 oz. of flavor.
One quarter oz. flavors a 9 oz. serving.

Sno-Kone Cups
Our 6 oz. Sno-Kone Cups are made especially for us from extra thick paper,
extra-heavy “dry wax” so that a Sno-Kone can be enjoyed completely before the
cup “wimps out!” The Gold Medal genuine Sno-Kone cup costs a little more than
the “26 lb. per case” water cup but those thin water cups are absolutely not
acceptable. Always serve your Sno-Kones in cups strong enough to last while the
entire serving is being enjoyed. 6 oz. Sno-Kone Cups, 5,000 per case.

& Spoon Straws
The red plastic spoon straws are rapidly becoming the favorite for both
Sno-Kones and Slush. They are about 8" long with one end die-cut and flattened
into a spoon-like shape. The Sno-Sippers are 7 3/4" white plastic straws
that allow you to break up snow and sip the Sno-Kone or Slush drink. Shipping
weight about 11/4 lbs. per thousand.

Block Ice Shaver
"Olde New Orleans" means extra finely shaved snow! They call them "Snow Balls"
down in the Crescent City. Ice this fine is called Shave Ice every place
else. Shown to the right is the improved #1087 "Old New Orleans"
Block Ice Shaver. This is one of the most powerful ice shavers in the world.
Features a ¾
HP motor. A "V Belt" pulley reduces the motor speed down to about 350 RPMs. The
large three-blade shaver head planes snow off the larger block and delivers it
from the chute at a lower right-hand corner of the body. The model #1008 Foot
Switch is a very handy addition.
To operate the #1087, put a
6 to 12 lb. block of clear ice into the block compartment. The front door has a
safety switch to protect the operator until the cast aluminum door is safely
locked in the closed position! The heavy-duty lever on the left-hand side allows
the operator to ratchet the handle to apply pressure. The more pressure the
